We are Robert and Michael, lifelong friends who reconnected in our 40s with a shared mission: to help men regain their confidence, energy, and strength. Over the years, we’ve faced our own struggles—stubborn belly fat, poor posture, and feeling like our best days were behind us. Robert, 36, has spent his career as a fitness coach helping men transform their bodies, while Michael, 35, focuses on health psychology, exploring how physical and mental well-being are deeply connected.This is why we started OMNISVO.
